As our products are perishable, all sales are final. However, we offer refund and exchange under the following circumstances:
1. We guarantee to exchange any products with production defects such as spoiled, burnt, or any conditions caused by production failure.
2. Purchased products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of received. 
3. We will be responsible for shipping costs if you are eligible for refund or exchange.

Please note that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All the product damages or lost will be at your own risk. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim.
